Chance Sodapoppin†Morris is one of Twitch's oldest and most popular streamers. Riding on his online popularity, Sodapoppin launched an online store Teepublic†where he sells a variety of merchandise ranging from T-shirts for kids and teens to several other branded items.
Chance Morris is currently in a relationship with another Twitch gaming star who is more famous as Legendary Lea. Naturally, the streamer was speechless and a gracious recipient of the donation, proving that even those who work hard to make a good living on Twitch are still grateful for special recognition from a fan.
He gets an average of 26,000 viewers per stream. In the past, it was common to see streamers plugging gambling sites to their much younger demographic. Everyone dreams of playing video games, do IRL live vlogs and get paid for it, but for Sodapoppin, he's living that dream.
His income streams in from his Twitch subscribers, ad revenue, donations, and most importantly, sponsorships. Morris began streaming on Twitch in 2012 after switching from Xfire He was a successful World of Warcraft player reaching top rank with over half of Twitch's WoW followers viewing him.
The issue, Lengyel points out, is that kids are signing up for Twitch Prime to get Fortnite gear and support streamers like Tyler Ninja†Blevins That means the chat controls that other streamers put into effect — to try and keep their chat local to their community — become incredibly toxic.
